From a first rollercoaster-nervous kids class to your next IBJJF bracket — every track we run has a black belt pushing it forward.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling martial art that uses technique and leverage to defeat an opponent. Known as the "Gentle Art," jiu-jitsu lets a smaller person defend themselves against a larger adversary without striking — using joint locks, chokes, and throws instead.
Whether you're interested in self-defense, fitness, or competition, our instructors are ready to help you realize your goals. We offer classes in Gi and No-Gi and base a large part of our curriculum around wrestling, which makes our program unique.
Our kids program focuses on teaching children jiu-jitsu concepts and techniques that will help them progress both on and off the mats. By instructing students in different techniques and having them work in a wide range of common situations, they are able to make educated decisions, protect themselves, and make physical progress.
Not all of our students compete, but our team has had great success on the competition scene. Our main program is designed for kids aged 6 and up, but we also have a Jiu-Jitsu Movements class for kids 4+.
Our cardio kickboxing is for those tired of running on a treadmill or waiting for a free elliptical in a cramped gym. We build tough but fun workouts that also teach the fundamentals of striking and pad holding.
Why waste time running for an hour when you can get a workout in while learning how to defend yourself? If you have kids, all of our cardio classes run during our kids program — the whole family can train on the same trip.
Precision Wrestling Club hosts rotating 3-month sessions during the off-season for Youth and Middle/High School athletes. The program is led by Coaches Brett & Jack McGill and focuses on developing both fundamental and high-level wrestling skills for Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco-Roman wrestling.
Whether your kid wants to win a district title, place at states, or just build a physical and mental edge before the scholastic season starts, the Wrestling Club session is where that work happens.
Our striking program combines the techniques of boxing and kickboxing to round out our BJJ / grappling curriculum. These classes focus on giving you the stand-up skills necessary to fight at a distance before Jiu-Jitsu can be used.
All of our instructors have professional fighting experience and are high-level Jiu-Jitsu practitioners as well. This program is perfect for anyone who wants to be a well-rounded martial artist — or who's eyeing a day in the cage.
A dedicated women's-only training session where you can focus on technique with other women, build confidence, and progress at your own pace in a welcoming environment.
Whether you're brand new to jiu-jitsu or a veteran student looking for a more focused room on Saturdays, this class is for you. No pressure, no performance — just solid technique and women training together.
Every program above comes with a one-week free trial. Show up in workout clothes, we'll give you everything else. Let's find the track that fits.
